HIGHLANDERS and Dynamos have been drawn in Group A of the Marvelous Nakamba Foundation (MNF) Under-17 tournament that kicks off at White City Stadium in Bulawayo on Saturday.

Njube Spurs and Majesa Academy complete the group compliment.

Chicken Inn, favourites to win in Group B, have been drawn against Bulawayo City, Ajax Hotspurs and Hwange Dynamo.

All the group stage matches will be played on Saturday with the top two teams in each group progressing to the semi-finals which will be played on Sunday ahead of the final the same day.

“We are pleased to announce the fixtures of the games that will be played on June 25 2022 at White City Main and B Arena. From the two groups (Group A and B), the top two teams will be drawn to play the semi-finals on June 26,” MNF said.

Group A matches will be played in the main arena and the first game pits Highlanders against  Njube Spurs while at the B Arena Chicken Inn clash with Ajax Hotspurs in the first match.

The second Group A match features Majesa and Dynamos and in Group B it will be Bulawayo City and Hwange Dynamo.

Njube Spurs will then date Dynamos in Group B before Highlanders take on Majesa.

The major highlight of the group stages will be the game pitting Dynamos and Highlanders before Njube and Majesa play the last game in that group.

In Group B, after the two first matches, Chicken Inn host Hwange Dynamo and then Ajax will clash with Bulawayo City.

Hwange and Ajax will then clash before the big and last one in that group that will feature Chicken Inn and Bulawayo City.

Warriors and Aston Villa midfielder Nakamba will grace the tournament.
